Novacolor Italian Finishes CA Online Store

In the Novacolor Italian Finishes CA – Online Store project we developed a complete e-commerce platform in WordPress using WooCommerce, focused on delivering a smooth and professional purchasing experience for the California market. We implemented a direct integration with QuickBooks Online, enabling automatic stock synchronization and simplifying the administrative and accounting management of the business. This integration automated key processes between the online store and the management system, optimizing commercial operations and reducing inventory management errors. We also configured and integrated the official FedEx plugin for real-time shipping calculations, improving the checkout process and providing greater transparency for customers during their purchasing journey. As a distinctive feature, we developed a custom material calculator where users can select the product type and the surface to be covered; the system automatically calculates the required quantity of liters based on each product’s technical performance, improving the purchasing experience and reducing product selection errors. Additionally, we implemented web security practices and digital infrastructure protection for the e-commerce platform, including WordPress and WooCommerce environment optimization, access control, protection of sensitive data and backup strategies to ensure platform stability, information integrity and secure online transactions. The project combined advanced technical development, systems integration, user experience and cybersecurity, resulting in a scalable, secure e-commerce platform aligned with the commercial needs of the brand.
